I have been living at the Rise for 14 months and by far it has been the best community I have lived in. The building is in an excellent location with amazing amenities and great views. The best part of living here is by far the staff.

I love living here; the location is great and the staff is awesome! Kenny and Gustavo are really on top of everything when it comes to maintenance and keeping the place looking nice! Office staff is also very kind and friendly when I am walking around too! Definitely recommend living here - and watching the sunsets from the 9th floor deck. Nothing better!

Did a tour with Krys. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been touring a lot of apartments, and the service I got was by far the best.

Very nice place to live, but the most charming thing is the kindness and attention of the administrative and maintenance staff, especially Kenny, Gustavo, and Ermio, and the administration girls Vanessa and Natalia who are sweethearts. And, I have to highlight the night security who is always so attentive and constantly walking around the building taking care of us.
